About this experience
The Urca cove is sheltered from the waves and the water is calm on most mornings. After a quick lesson on the sand, you paddle a board or kayak along the foot of Sugarloaf with your instructor alongside. No experience needed: on the stand-up board, if balance is tricky you can start on your knees.
