Terms of use and booking

Bookings

Requests sent through the site or WhatsApp are not confirmed bookings. A booking is valid once Olhar do Rio confirms it in writing, with date, time, meeting point, final price and payment terms.

Prices

Prices on the site are for reference, per person unless stated. Dollar and euro amounts are approximate, based on a reference exchange rate. The final price depends on the date, group size and options chosen.

Weather and safety

Mountain, flight and sea activities depend on the weather. If it isn't safe to go, we offer a new date at no cost or an alternative. Guides may stop or adapt an activity if participants are at risk.

Participants

Before the activity, each participant fills in a health form and a risk acknowledgement. Participants are responsible for telling us about health conditions, previous experience and limitations.

Cancellation

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are given in each booking confirmation. Groups and companies follow the terms in their contract.
