About this experience

One of Rio's most accessible adventures. The walk starts on Pista Cláudio Coutinho at Praia Vermelha and climbs about 1.5 km through the forest to the top of Morro da Urca, in 30 to 50 minutes. There your guide sets up the abseil and you descend the rock face with Guanabara Bay and Praia Vermelha below. No experience needed.
